Essential Oil Therapy Consultations are conducted by our Certified Aromatherapist who has years of successful experience in her knowledge and application of Essential Oils for the purpose of Therapy and Natural Perfumery.
All information you provide is completely confidential, and any questions asked are for the sole purpose of determining your needs.
The end result of your consultation will be recommendations of Essential Oils, and the methods of application deemed best suited for you, taking into consideration any preferences or limitations that you may have.
We highly recommend an open discussion so that you will benefit the most from your time.
The Essential Oil recommendations made will be debited from the $25 credit* that you receive from your Consultation fees. Recommendations may include an existing Plant Therapy Essential Oil(s) and/or a customised Essential Oil Synergy Blend created solely for you.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU MAKE PAYMENT
HOW YOUR CONSULTATION WORKS

1) Once your payment is made, you will receive an email with
a) Consultation document to be completed, signed and emailed back to us at least one day before your Consultation.
b) Consultation Date/Time options - based on the best times you have indicated with your payment.
c) Mode of Contact preferred: Phone Call, Skype or Zoom.

2) Consultation
a) During your consultation, reference will be made to the document you have completed as understanding of the reasons and conditions that you are consulting on.
b) Clarifications will be made, and the Essential Oil Therapy recommendation will be explained.

3) Extending Consultation Duration
a) We strongly recommend Clients to be specific and ready with questions in order to keep Consultations within the duration booked for.
b) Should extensions be required, and CiCi available, these will be based on 10 minute segments and chargeable at $​18/10 minutes.

4) Special Discount Off Essential Oils:
a) 15% Off for any additional Essential Oils over and above (4) and (5)
b) 10% Off Sage Essential and Plant Therapy Aromatherapy Accessories.

5) Essential Oil Therapy Product Credit (Not Valid for 20 Minute Consultations)
a) Credit $25 for $100 Consultation
b) Extensions are not eligible for Credits
c) Should you decide not to get the Customised Essential Oil Synergy blend or any Essential Oil recommended, Credits are valid within 10 days from date of Consultation to redeem for any Essential Oil (subject to availability).
d) Any additional cost greater than your Credits must be topped up by via our standard Payment methods before your Essential Oil is mailed to you.

6) What is $25 Credit Worth? (Not Valid for 20 Minute Consultations)
a) Customised Essential Oil Synergies: 5mL x 1 Bottle unless expensive or premium Essential Oils such as Rose, Sandalwood, are deemed essential to your purpose. These may range around $28 - $35, and will hence required top up.
b) Generally, you should be able to get about 2 bottles of 10ml of some Plant Therapy Essential Oils.\
c) Can be used to purchase anything from Sage Essentials or Plant Therapy.
