PRODUCT & SERVICE DESCRIPTION

The Products and Services that you order are as stated in the Product or Service name and description. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that our customers get precisely what they order, there may, from time to time, be certain changes made to certain aspects of a Product or Packaging. Any change or variation does not reflect a change or variation in the intended purpose of the Product or Service unless specifically indicated. All efforts have been put in to reflect colours as closely to the actual product, but lighting, photography, and the resolution of different computers and devices may render certain differences in colour tone or tint. Please be aware that there are some elements that are out of our control.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final once an order has been placed. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order is in transit to deliver or has been delivered. All Products and Services listed are photographed and described as accurately as technically and humanly possible, barring the points highlighted above, and with a clear representation of what our customers will get with their purchase.

Order Cancellation​

  • Cancellation is possible only if your order has not gone out for delivery. There will, however, be a Cancellation fee of 10% of your cancelled Sales Order amount, and 90% of the Sales Order amount will be offered to you as a future Credit for purchases of Products and Services from our website or carousell.com/elysiancandles.

  • We do not accept Cancellations for any order made under our Plant Therapy Pre-Order Promotions, which may take place from 01 - 05 of every Calendar Month, and other intermittent periods throughout any month. Unless your order is specifically indicated as being In Stock, all orders submitted must be considered as Pre-Orders.

Local Shipping Charges

  • SingPost Rates for Normal Package Mail, SmartPac and Registered Mail apply, unless otherwise specified

  • Shipping charges are reflected accordingly at checkout or advised during your order submission made through other modes of communication with us.

  • We recommend tracked mail to be used for orders > SGD$30. Please see "Lost /Delayed Packages" for information.

Processing Time

  • Singapore customers: Processing time is 1 - 3 business days. Delivery is dependent on Singpost, averaging 2 - 4 business days.

Shipping Address & Delivery Times

  • We do not deliver to POs Box addresses

  • If you need your order by a certain date that is urgent, please contact us before making payment

Lost / Delayed Packages

Although we would certainly like to be notified if something has gone wrong, we are not able to take responsibility for delayed delivery or refund lost packages. Once orders have been posted, it is entirely out of our hands

  • Singapore customers: If you select normal mail, please do this at your own risk. Smartpac or registered mail: please refer to your tracking number for contacting Singpost at 1605 if you have issues.

Promotion Discounts: Applies to the prevailing USD Retail Prices listed on www.planttherapy.com or our latest communications, whichever is higher, unless otherwise explicitly stipulated as a lower promotional price,  and shall supersede all other communications regardless of time or source, with our decision being final.

7. SHIPPING

  1. We currently ship to Singapore Addresses only: one address per order. Additional addresses are subject to applicable local mailing charges

  2. As of now, our customers enjoy free overseas shipping - but this is subject to any change we deem appropriate and applicable, at our discretion without prior notice 

  3. Local mail: subject to latest whatsapp communications: there are 2 types of local mail - regular at a minimum of $1.50 and smartpac at $3. Either may be waived depending on any prevailing promotion including for pre-orders 

  4. Order ETA: Estimated 10-14 days within close of pre-order period, is not guaranteed and subject to int'l / local shipping and postal regulations & logistics   

  5. Delayed / Missing Mail by Singpost: we are not able to take responsibility. All customers Must ensure accuracy of Full Name and Address, and undertake to contact Singpost directly at 1605 for any delivery issues.
